Don't let the difficulties of the present moments overshadow the reality of God's promises. God's promises still stand. And God's promises are stronger than our failures.

Saturday Morning Musings
I love having my morning drink out on the deck...the birds serenade me and God paints the landscape. What a blessing this is! And now I'm off to the Farmers Market. What are you doing on this gorgeous Saturday?
I lived in a Lake Community years ago and I miss it terribly. I am going to a quilt show in IA and then leaving for TX (heat) in the morning to visit grandkids.
I'm heading to a meeting with my sweetheart - something the church board and their spouses 'must' do! (Read between the lines, there, dear friend.) After that we are going to come home and clean our trailer after our several days away trip up the mountain to fish and camp at a favorite lake. Then - I'm getting the 'big' trailer ready to take to a BIG Sisters On The Fly Northwest Gathering on the Washington Coast. I need to foo-foo her up a bit. My sweetheart will tow her - because I don't tow big things! My little Daffodil isn't ready to roll. A water problem turned the cosmetic redo into a major gut and replace roof and basically everything. When my sweetheart discovered it he came in and said, 'I have bad news and I have good news, which do you want first?' I said, 'Just give it to me!' 'The bad news we have wet ceiling joists - the good news is that you will get the new paneling you really wanted!' So, my friend - that's what I'm doing today! Stop by and see the new posts on Daffodil's beginning so you can see what I share to catch you up to where we are today. The fun is just beginning - we're starting to put her all back together. ~Adrienne~
I enjoyed my first cup of coffee on the porch watching/listening to the rain!! Then off to do chores (live on a ranch - milk the cow, feed the goats and horses). Then I will work my Border Collies!
I am enjoying this gorgeous day by hanging out my new fabric I washed up this morning and also trying to clean up my craft room so I can get busy and SEW!! I've gotten back in the mood lately ~ YAY!!
I think if I lived there, I would still be on the deck! But I did go to a wonderful quilt show and met up with three wonderful blogging friends...a great day!

What a beautiful way to start your day. Enjoy the market. I've got gardening, cleaning and getting ready for an upcoming trip on my list today.
