StitchinByTheLake: I'm a 69 year old Christian wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. When I was working I wondered what I'd do all day when I retired and now I wonder how I ever had time to work! I am passionate about showing God's love in all that I do and stitching is how I spend a major portion of my time. I love cross stitch, piecing quilts, embroidery (especially redwork) and applique (primarily wool). I've fallen in love with primitive stitcheries and primitive homes. It's far too late to remake my own home but if I could it would be a lot more primitive. Meanwhile, I'll just try to simplify!
