Don't let the difficulties of the present moments overshadow the reality of God's promises. God's promises still stand. And God's promises are stronger than our failures.

MMMM Biscuits and Gravy... I have LOVE!

How precious is it to have rings from your parents??

And I'm counting days til I can start playing my Christmas music again... Steve usually has an "after Thanksgiving" rule at work, but I have fudged over the years and make it the first of November. Ha!

Keep going, keep going! I am loving these lists. I;ve heard of "biscuits and gravy" but don't quite know what it is. Must be uniquely American!

I am enjoying your list...makes me mindful of the many blessings the Lord as given me. 240 African violets, my brother told me they thrive on abuse and so far mine are doing well.

Hello Dear,
Your list continues to make me smile.
We are getting ready to hit the road towards home. I said goodbye to our grandson who is leaving on his 2 year mission to Guatemala. It is both a time to rejoice and a time to shed a tear or two. The time will go fast as he is in the service of the Lord... but you already know that.
Have a great week. HUgs, Lura

I have been catching up on your blog. I have really enjoyed reading your thankful list. You have inspired me to do the same. I try to write 10 things a day.
What a beautiful sunrise you showed in one of your post. A very nice time to walk and be with the Lord.
