Don't let the difficulties of the present moments overshadow the reality of God's promises. God's promises still stand. And God's promises are stronger than our failures.

Another UFO Bit The Dust

I've listed 16 or 17 UFOs on my sidebar that I want to complete this year.  I'm slow but steady...this is the fourth to be finished.  It was a panel that someone gave me or that I bought on sale, not sure which, but I thought it would make a great wall hanging for Independence Day.  I did a free motion stipple on it - that's the only stitch so far that I feel comfortable with!

May be a panel, but just lovely - good for you in getting a UFO off that list, and perfect timing, too.

It is gorgeous, and don't you just LOVE checking off that list one at a time??? Your free motion stippling is great...not everyone has an eye for that and yours really looks lovely.

Shaking hands posted the first post. I tried to say.... I would love to try making that image into a pieced hanging. That would be a record setting UFO waiting to happen.

Very nice! Perfect for the 4th, altho I would put it up before Flag Day and leave it up at least to the end of JUly. I has a nice summery feel to it as well as being patriotic. Great design and colors. You do a "mean" stipple, too. :-)
