Don't let the difficulties of the present moments overshadow the reality of God's promises. God's promises still stand. And God's promises are stronger than our failures.

Pep Rally

It's like a hundred seventy two degrees outside today.  Maybe I exaggerate.  But can you say....HOT!  We had a pep rally today.  On.  The.  Football.  Field.  When I said I'd go back to work I forgot about Pep Rallys.

I remember Pep rallys. I was always in band, so I had to go.

Glad to hear that you are (otherwise) enjoying being back at school.

Wow! It's hot like that here, too, but I'm not out standing on the football field. Poor thing!

I am getting weary of heat. It was hot here today too. Not 172. Maybe 150. ( I exzagerate too). You would be proud of me. I have almost enough squares for a quilt. Then the hard part stops. Must visit my friend to get help beyond this point. It will not have one machine stitch. All by hand.

Even with the heat, I'm sure it was a lot of fun.

Go TEAM! I'll bet the kids you work with were happy to have you there. Of course, I'm saying that after a day kayaking and walking on the beach.
